General Alignment: Basic Instructions
This beginner’s routine is the ONLY session comprised of 5 tracks.
Most users will begin with Track 2 for not more than 10 minutes per day, 5 days in a row, taking two days off each week. If high blood pressure is a factor, the user will begin with Track 5. This is a five minute track; and new users with HBP can repeat it, for a total of ten minutes per session.
Again only 10 minutes per day, 5 days a week. Track 1 is for depression, anxiety, insomnia, Alzheimer’s.
Start each track before increasing Amplitude.
Check pH before and after each session. Be sure to keep pH above 6.0. If Ph does not return to a safe level, take as many days off as needed to restore pH. Drink either deionized water, or distilled water, and avoid salt and sugar.
General Alignment: Track 1
Reduce Amplitude before stopping Track 1
This is a 23 minute track. It delivers expertly tuned frequencies from 2hz to 33hz. Our tuning is both general and specific in emphasis. This ensures that nothing is overlooked.
Typical effects: Detoxification and devitalization of parasites.
This range of frequencies has been helpful for depression, anxiety, insomnia, Alzheimer’s. It provides significant detoxification, and for this reason, we urge our new users to employ Track 1 only after successfully completing Tracks 2-5 with no ill effects.
To ensure that no reaction occurs, we suggest that you begin with only 3 minutes per session. Only seasoned users should use more than 10 minutes of Track 1 at one time. This session may tend to raise the blood pressure. It is NOT an appropriate track for new users who have high blood pressure.
Apply liberally for pain, stiffness, lack of circulation, arthritis, lumbago, sciatica, gangrene, chilblains, frostbite. Direct local applications tend to speed healing of wounds sprains and broken bones.
When applying electrode patches locally, we recommend re-positioning them every ten minutes or so to prevent irritation or burning. Always make sure you have fresh electrode patches, as heavily used patches will not provide quality contact, thus a burn could result.
Do not apply directly to open wounds.
General Alignment: Track 2
Reduce Amplitude before stopping Track 2
This is a 10 minute track. It delivers frequencies from 33h to 404hz.
Most users will begin with Track 2 for not more than 10 minutes per day, 5 days in a row, taking two days off each week. If high blood pressure is a factor, the user will begin with Track 5.
Again, only 10 minutes per day – 5 days a week.
Track 2 has been effective for depression, anxiety, insomnia, Alzheimer’s. It delivers excellent detoxification frequencies and it effectively addresses parasites which are smaller than those addressed on Track 1.
For larger single celled parasites, some bacteria, certain fungi. Detox, cellular stimulus, energy producing. Some tissue stimulus. Good for energy.

Check your pH regularly!
Before and after each session, check your interstitial (saliva) pH as directed. The degree of change provides insight into the level of detoxification that is being produced by the therapy. Be sure to keep pH above 6.0. If pH does not return to a safe level, take as many days off as needed to restore pH. Drink either deionized water, or distilled water, and avoid salt and sugar.
General Alignment: Track 3
Reduce Amplitude before stopping Track 3
This is a 17 minute track. It delivers frequencies from 383hz to 700hz
Ten Minutes of Track 3 will often produce severe reactions for the NEW USER. These may be more severe than would be comfortable for a sufferer of Lyme disease. Because of the immune stimulus effect, other major un-diagnosed conditions involving bacterial infection may also emerge into severe reactions for the NEW USER. Do NOT use this Track until you have completed at least 5 days of Track 2, for 10 minutes per day, without reaction.
On Track 3 we are addressing common bacteria, virus, certain fungi.
General Alignment: Track 4
Reduce Amplitude before stopping Track 4
This is a 20 minute track. It delivers frequencies from 900hz to 4,000hz.
Because of the immune stimulus effect, application of Track 4 will cause severe reactions in some cancer sufferers, especially if they are new users. Lyme disease sufferers may be able to tolerate Track 4 more easily than Track 3, but a personal routine must be established before Track 4 is used.
Apply liberally for coughing, mycoplasma and extended colds and sinus problems.
On Track 4 we are addressing Viruses, some mycoplasma, some fungus.
General Alignment: Track 5
Reduce Amplitude before stopping Track 5
This is a 5 minute track. It delivers frequencies from 3300hz to 5,000hz.
This session will tend to normalize high blood pressure. It can also be very useful in treating trigeminal neuralgia, and infections of the head and brain. Only EXPERT users should apply this track anywhere on the body other than hands or feet. We do NOT recommend that users place electrodes above the neck or over the heart.
Systemic (hands and/or feet) applications will tend to stimulate the heart muscle, improve function and strengthen heart signal.
On Track 5 we are addressing tissue and organs, some virus, some mycoplasma, some fungus.
JWLABS’ basic strategy has been to attempt to minimize all reactions, in an effort to orchestrate a smooth and event free transition to a better state of health.
The General Alignment (GA) is an attempt to find a level of therapy that is safe for everyone, regardless of their state of health. Our tradition is to establish a regular maintenance routine for the user, via the GA, before attempting more aggressive or more specific treatments. A process that we find often will take longer for folks who are ill.
We suggest using Track 2 of the GA, (10 minutes, hands only, 5 days on 2 days off ), for the first few weeks. Not moving beyond this until it is obvious no further reaction is expected. Adding Track 3 to the daily routine, again until there are no reactions, establishes a base line or maintenance level. Gradually, more aggressive systemic and localized sessions are added to this basic maintenance.
For example:
(GA, Track 2 and 3 for 10 minutes each, 5 consecutive days on, 2 consecutive days off – with no reactions and not more than 2 tenths point change in salivary pH for at least 5 consecutive days)
The energy itself is a volts/amps electrical current balanced in a way that is a stimulus to the body, but devastating to virtually all known parasites from flukes to virus.
It’s an energy that you can feel, and it is effective in this way at any of the frequencies of Model A in normal use. All the frequencies are effective. Specific frequencies are more effective. Model A automates both of these factors to accommodate a smooth and complete therapy with no other planning on the part of the user, than to select a Title and a Track.
This leaves the user free to direct their attention to the process of the therapy itself. Such as: the physiology, the path of the energy, method and timing etc. Recorded sessions allows the user to more easily repeat sessions consistently.
When the user has reached the point where they can do Track Two and Track Three of the GA, consistently, with no reaction, more specific applications of the energy can be safely added to this basic maintenance routine.
It is recommended that the user not apply the patches in one spot for more than 10 minutes anywhere on the body, except for the soles of the feet and the palms of the hands. If a burn does occur, do not apply patches to this spot again until it has completely gone. For safety, be sure you have a good contact, using new patches on an area that is clean and dry. Do not turn the amplitude up as high as you can stand it. A comfortable setting is all that is needed.
A rudimentary knowledge of physiology helps to decide where to apply patches to a problem area. Positive on the area, negative on the corresponding vertebra is a common approach.
Placing both positive and negative, one on each side of a problem area is another common and simple way to deliver energy where it matters most.
Avoid treatment directly to abscess, or encapsulated infection (closed tumor). These require drainage for the therapy to work effectively. Instead, treat the body systemically, adding more time to treatments to hands and feet. This will reduce the total volume of infectious matter in the body, and most often will lead to arrest and possibly a reversal, even though it is indirect.
